These will pass inspection. All 4 are fine, balanced fine, no cupping, held air without any issues. They were put on my truck before I bought it. They have about 60k on them, good for another 5-10k or so if you treat them really nice.

Not good wheelin tires, though better than bald.

$50 gets all 4.
