Apartment for rent- north central CT

My apartment will be for rent in the next month or two. I have a closing date of March 8th, but so far nothing has gone right so I would anticipate the end or March more realistically.

My landlord has been great to me for 4 year so I am happy to help him find another tenant. The place is only passed on by word of mouth and character reference. In other words, they do not want 19 year old kids in here who are going to treat it like a college dorm. They want low key, respectful professional folks.

• ~1,000 sq/ft. 2 bedroom, one bathroom
• Heated one car garage/ workshop
• Lower covered porch
• Upstairs porch/ 3 season room
• Washer and dryer hookup
• Barn for storage
• 2+ acre yard at your disposal
• Landlord pays water bill
• Cheap rent
• Cool with motorcycles
• Unsure of the pet policy. I don't believe he's against them but would likely work out some type of pro rated price.

Yeah, have a deposit on a place in Enfield. Not my favorite location but couldn't beat the price and rate.

The apartment you're in seemed roomy, and in good shape. The garage space is a huge bonus. Hope the new place is as good or better, though it's already better if it's YOURS.

Thanks. The place is in nice shape. I'd like to see it go to someone who will appreciate it. You can't beat the peace and quiet especially in the summer.
