All pieces are Aprilia matte/flat carbon fiber parts for the 2002 Tuono R, bought new from AF-1 and in pristine, practically as-new condition except:
Chin fairing (bought used) has some surface cracks. Not very noticeable installed, and they do not compromise the rigidity/structure of the part. I believe the problem was endemic to this part, AF-1 had ordered two of 'em for me and both had these cracks so they returned them to Aprilia.
Chain guard (also bought used) formerly gloss, faded to matte. Actually that's why I bought it, it goes well with the rest of the stuff.
I'm looking to get 1/2-price vs. new for the "perfect" parts, less for the imperfect.
I also have a partially de-decaled Magnet Grey fuel tank that I was going to have painted satin black to complete the visual conversion.
Tail: $290
Front/upper: $250
Chin: $150
Scoops: $400
Fenders: $150
Chain guard: $40
Tank: $150
The whole shooting match:
$1200
I believe that most of the matte-finish carbon is no longer available (at least it doesn't show up on AF-1's site). The only parts I don't have are the matte carbon/kevlar side covers, which AF-1 *does* still have.
Here's what they looked like on my bike (which has now been returned to stock '03 base model configuration for sale).
I'll try to get pictures of the parts themselves up tomorrow.
