So my mom went to trade in her s2000 and they offered her $5000. I told her for that price I would buy it and plow snow with it. Long story short, she's looking for more like $12,000 for it, not sure if shes high or not but KBB list trade value over $12,000 and private party over $14,000.
Its in great shape. NEVER BEEN DRIVEN IN SALT!
Mom is the second owner, she bought it from my aunt.
Red, Everything works as it should, paint and interior is good, needs nothing.
Asking $12000, if your interested make an offer before it gets snowed in for another winter.
Car is in White River Jct., VT

Can I recommend you add mileage and pics? Might help.

I'm sure part of the reason for the low, low offer is time of year. Tough time for a dealer to be taking on a 12 year old convertible, knowing he's probably going to own it until spring.
my buddy is selling one yr. 2000 similarly priced this time of the year. good price, IMO. his has 60k miles on it.
Milage/pictures really would help.

Awesome, awesome cars!
You have to get on the enthusiast sites. These are sought after as real driver's cars. They weren't competitive for racing but for autox or just DD they are a lot of fun.

I don't know the exact milage but it is in the 50K range.
If you are actually interested in the car PM me and I can get some pics of what ever you want. Other than that Google "stock S2000 red" and that's what she's got.

I just sold a 01 Yellow one for 10,500 with 65k. Put it on Ebay for a realistic value this time of year.
if she ever happens to be cool with the 5k, ill buy it instead of the dealer!
CASH MONEY lol
very cool cars
I searched s2000 to see if anyone on here owned one.
What a fucking market that a dealer would offer $5,000 on a 50k s2000, and an acceptable offer would be 12.
They are another that, regardless of mileage, even six figs, asking prices are basically their msrp.

These are now classics, worth every penny if they're in good and non-riced condition.
I almost bought one of these 15 years ago - seller pulled it out from under me as I was meeting him with a check. Absolute blast to drive. Is this a stick or auto?
they only came in a 6 speed
