This is a Blade 350QX quad, RTF, which comes with the following

It all comes in the original box! The body is from a QX2, which is the same except for the sticker. When I did the firmware upgrade to 2.0, I moved the GPS antenna out to the arm like they suggest, but I got poor GPS lock, so I moved it back. The DJI props are a lot more durable and give the quad better performance.

How easy/ hard is one of these to fly?

All quads have a learning curve, you can and will crash.

This quad has an easy mode where the height is strictly controlled, the controls have stick relativity so that the quads orientation doesnt affect the controls, and it has "Safe Circle" where there is a 20' bubble around you that the quad will not fly into, and it has a return to home function where you flip a switch and it lands where it took off. It doesnt get any easier. This quad has a range of 3/4 of a mile, GPS, altimeter, and a compass.
