It will change your geometry setup a bit. To what extend will depend on whether you were running the US or UK D211's:

The diameters of the tires are as follows:

D211 US
120/70 = 604mm
190/55 = 647.3mm
190/60 = 657.4mm

D211 UK
120/70 = 605mm
190/55 = 649mm

Pi's
120/70 = 604mm
180/55 = 641mm

So adjust height accordingly. The V2's carcase is supposed to be stiffer, more closely to that of the Dunlop UK's. So maybe a few minor tweaks on the knobs to dial them in.

Kumpy, John nailed it. Very small adjustment needed up front. The V2's behave very similarly to the Dunlops so you won't notice much change.
