Garage parking is available in Northbridge, but you must leave the keys with the bike!I will make sure it is kept warm safe and tires scrubbed in! Plus you have a place to work on it! (Small fee may apply, but this could be arrainged along with winter storage)
There is a parking area for bikes, but not covered and no security of any sort. Pretty safe, but you never do know...

Weekly food bill at Market Basket = $80-$100

Market Basket is kind of a dump and is always packed so if I'm not in the mood I'll go to Stop and Shop.

I think the rental market, at least in my area is picking up. I raised my rent and still had ten e-mails and 6 visitors with interest. Two others were supposed to also come today but I decided on someone who needed to be in there NOW. Great guy, I hope it works out! I just dropped a grand to get it ready for tomorrow... I worked last night until midnight replacing the dishwasher and pro gramable thermostat amoungst other tings... Friggen Dishwasher was a bitch.. Had to remove the counter top trim and cut out a section of the counter edging/riser in order to remove the old dishwasher.. Too many over lays on the kitchen floor!!! Everything went back together perfectly and the dishwasher runs nice and quiet with no leaks! I never knew how to do it, just dove it and tried.. it was simple except for the counter top work...
