This is a LIKE NEW Shark RSX "Hook" style graphic helmet in a size L Large. I bought this helmet and put new liner and cheek pads in to make it into a L from an XL (same shell size) but its still too big for me. I've only worn this on 3 rides, each time wearing a balaclava. SELLING FOR $180.
This helmet's full retail is over $400 new, and the quality in every aspect make it worth it. At this price this is a great deal on a top quality helmet.

can this helmet be used on a trackday. does it meet track standards
Someone has dibs on this pending payment. If that falls through:
Per TTD's site - yes it can in new hampshire, and technically no in new jersey. That's a jersey state policy though, and I'm pretty sure tony wouldn't send you away for it, not sure how other org's handle it. Shark sponsors motogp racers who trust their heads to them, I'm sure there are local racers that do so as well.
