For sale is my old PC. This is basically my old gaming rig up until a few months ago, minus a couple of bits (memory, second HD) that were more valuable to me than the entire cost of the machine. It's a Dell e521 that I upgraded the hell out of, and will play most new games with at least 4XAA if not better. I was able to run Warcraft with all settings including AA on high and get a pretty high, playable framerate if that's any indication.
Specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5600+ 2.8Ghz, 1000Mhz FSB
Memory: 6GB Dual-channel 667Mhz DDR2
Hard drive: Western Digital WD2500 250GB Serial-ATA
Controller: 4-channel onboard SATA
Video Card: GeForce 9800GT 512MB PCIE Dual DVI
PSU: Upgraded to an Antec, I _think_ it's 500W, but it may be 600.
USB: 2.0, 4 rear, two front
Sound: Onboard 5.1
NIC: Integrated Broadcom 440 10/100
Drive: DVD/RW
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit, full fresh install. Includes all media, both 32bit and 64bit DVDs and product key/case. Activated twice (once on my machine, once on this rebuild). This cost me $300 alone, and I bought my iMac about a month later.
Here's a ton of pics. The inside of the case is a bit dusty (it's a two year old machine, after all) and the upgraded PSU made it a nightmare to neatly run all of the extra wires. (Dell's stock 250W PSU has about 1/3 the power ends that this one has).
Win7, the video card and the PSU alone are worth well over $500. This is a well cared for machine, never O/C'd, and a relatively new hard drive (~year and a half or so).
Considering the above, I think my price of $450 is more than fair considering everything this has. If you want more pics/stats, let me know. Josh can probably (if I give him a beer or two) attest that I take good care of my toys, and am an honest guy to do business with. I've sold a couple things here on NESR before as well.
