I am the one and only owner of this 2006 Triumph Sprint ST 1050. The title is clean and in hand. I am selling this bike only because I purchased a different bike for my wife and I to ride together on longer tours.
Bike: 2006 Triumph Sprint ST 1050
Selling Price: $4300
Mileage: 34610
Color: Silver
Location: North Andover, MA
Upgrades to the bike:
1) SW-Motech Quick Release Rear Racks (racks adapted for Givi Bags, the pictures only show one side as an example, but both racks are included in sale, sorry givi bags not included)
2) Sonic Springs 1.0kg Front Fork Springs (the OEM springs were weak)
3) Triumph OEM TOR Exhaust (lets it breathe better)
4) Triumph OEM Heated Grips Installed (warm hands = good)
5) TechSpec USA Tank Grips (hold on, this is a sport bike with bags)
6) Triumph Accessory Rear Axle Cover (strictly for looks)
7) EK Chain and Sprockets (maintenence item)
8) New Yuasa Battery (installed 11/2010 and on tender all winter)
9) New Dunlop RoadSmart Tires (less than 1500 miles)
The bike is in excellent mechanical condition, the body has minimal but normal wear and tear signs after 34k miles. There are no fluid leaks either. The engine is not tired by any means and is raring to hit the road again. It has been garaged its entire life and regularly maintained by Great Bay MotorSports and Second Wind BMW out of NH.
If you are looking for a SPORT-touring bike and haven’t looked at a Sprint ST, you need to, as this is an awesome bike. It is the most comfortable bike I have owned (until my new touring bike), it will run easily with the 1000cc sport bike crowd. Please PM me for any questions, more pictures, or to schedule a time to see the bike. No test rides, a dealer wouldn't let ya so I am not going to. However feel free to sit on it, start it, etc.....
Thanks!

That's a pretty good price. Paid almost $2k more for my '06 with ABS last summer.

Agreed! Excellent price for a nicely modified great bike. If I didn't get the VFR last summer I would go for this!
"tentatively sold" as of right now. Still awaiting payment, but did fill out the sellrs info needed on his bank form for his loan. Not officially sold yet though till I get funded and turn over the title. Secret Sale too, since it did not come with bags I automatically knocked $500 off the posted sale price to buyers who met up with me so they can next buy themselves a givi set. Sometimes it is not all about the money, but giving a fellow rider a good honest deal in a rough economy.
officially sold now, thanks for looking!
