I have silver forks, black calipers and rotors (gold carriers) from a TL1000R. All this stuff is direct swap for pre-2008 Hayabusas. 'Busas normally all have gold forks...so not sure if you'd be interested in silver.

Forks were re-sprung and re-valved by PK (0.95kg springs); he last had them about a year ago. Everything in good shape and not crashed. No idea about prices; if you're interested just shoot me a PM.
