I would totally consider buying it if I only had the money n a solid business plan & partner. I even have a few K in savngs that I could throw down towards a down payment. (That should probably go towards a house/condo )

Its Seems like a good Deal If they have a Good lease and it transfers with the Sale of the Business. Without the Lease its worth 30K Tops.

No way, Unless you have a shop already its worth no way near that at cost the inventory is 80G's Well how much is a bunch of stuff you did not choose and dont know if you can sell on the retail side, Cause the most of the stuff will be liqudated to ebay ect. Someone with a shop would do better to order stuff they know then can sell. The stock is 110,00.00 G's but you have to store ect. I bet 80% of the inventory would be sold for less the n dealer cost.

The tire machine is nice, But for motorcycles not really needed guys like Tricky Mike and Degsy do well with the manual. And at a shop you are not Mounting tires all day like the races or a Track day.

The Value in that Deal is all on The Location and the Lease.

I've been in there a few times lately getting some really good deals. Mostly because he wasn't getting much business overall. Got a few buy one get one free deals on some gsxr emblems that go for over 40 a piece. got another deal on air duct covers for my K5 1000, buy one get one half off, saved 50 bucks. His prices were right on with bikebandit and Mrcycles.com. If you need gear right now he just got a ton of jackets and helmets and stuff in so he'd probably swing you a good deal.
I agree I've had issues with this place in the past but lately since sales aren't doing so good he's been alright to me with prices.

Im within walking distance, I have gone in there a few times for stuff but never ended up with anything, thought they were kinda rude. Brought the rear wheel off my Duc in to see if they'd replace the valve stem cause it was leaking and they didn't wanna do it, suggested i go to the Duc shop over in somerville, valve stem??

the stuff they have in stock is nothing all that great and the bikes are used bikes that i would not trust.

Maybe they can ask the state police to buy the joint considering they built the fake state police bike(LOL). I still think the place should closed for good and just be a bad memory, no one I have met has ever had anything good to say about the place.
