Feeler- Stag-15 AR upper receiver with the following:

-MA Compliant 16 inch upper (pinned and welded muzzle comp)
-Complete Bolt Assembly/Charging handle
-Midwest Industries T-10 10" free float Rail System
-Magpul MBUS front and rear sights
-Knights Armament Vertical Fore Grip

Less than 1000 rounds through it, bought it Dec 09' from Collectors Gallery in Stoneham.

Asking Price around 750$ if anyone is interested. My dad is my power of attorney while I'm deployed so if someone is very interested in this it could get done while I'm deployed. Not to sure if we have to fill out any forms since it is just a upper receiver and not a lower....not to sure, maybe someone can help clarify.

no forms needed for unregistered parts, and you can sell (including mail) across state lines as well. it's the buyer's responsibility to make sure the AR upper in question is legal for them to possess under federal law and in their home state.
