I'm about 5'9 195-205, I wear a 56/46 in most suits (with a chest/back protector). You're probably at the snug end of a 46/56, maybe even a 58/48 if you use both a back and chest protector.
Tokyo could give you a better idea of the fit, but might still be worth trying on because it's a great deal!

I'm 5'11" and I usually fall somewhere around 190 lbs, 34-36 waist, and 43" chest. With the thickness of the Forcefield Pro Sub 4 back protector, this suit is comfortable fit on me - no struggle to zip the front up.
