    1999.5 Audi A4 1.8 Quattro

    For Sale

    1999.5 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro - They changed the body style mid year so the 99.5 is actually like the 2000.

    It's almost all stock except for the wheels and the window tint.

    120,000+ Miles
    Timing belt was changed around 80k Miles
    Regular oil changes - Full synth
    Premium Sound with 6 disk changer
    Power moon roof
    Leather seats

    The 99.5 also came with the steering wheel for the S4 w/the shifters.


    KBB and NADA have it averaging between 6600-7400 Retail
    KBB prices are 6200-6600 for private party sale

    I'm asking $5200 and I'll throw in the stock wheels with snow tires mounted.

    Wife and i are actually looking into A4's...

    Can the 1.8 turbo run on 87 octane or does it need premium fuel.

    We've always put premium in. The owners manual lists premium as required.

    It does have the tiptronic, but I would miss the clutch.

    Sorry, but as mentioned it does have tiptronic with the steering wheel shifters.

    As for the car... it's been great. Lots of fun to corner with. We just needed something slightly bigger.

    Handles great in the snow.. a little heavy on the corners!

    Excellent car.. I just sold my "extra" that I lent to the sister in-law for her time doing rotations. BTW: She put in regular gas for a good 6 months before I caught her. Seeing as she really is easy on the gas pedal she didn't notice a difference! If you were to drive it any harder, it would knock.. so premium gas is recommended.

    I have the 06 2.0 turbo and its such a difference between that and a normal 4 cyl... I love every minute of driving it (for a car anyway )
