Garage Space for rent

I am thinking of getting a shop to rent. These garage's are located in Coventry RI about 1.5 miles off rt95 exit 6a. It will be heated has a bathroom and such. It is one of those large steel building complexes that has garages in them. Should be able to get 4 or 5 guys max in and still each have plenty of room to set up tools and work areas. The rent is $900 a month total and we would obviously split the utilities.

A couple of guys with one bike each could also go in. Maybe I will limit it on number of bikes for storage instead of number of people . Chime in with your needs. I am sick of having my garage at home full of stuff..

That happens at the garage at the track. I just put all my tools away from the season and I am missing like 4 wrenches, safety wire pliers, my virginity, safety wire, reservoir tip condoms, 2 sockets, scissors, loctite, silicone, razor knife.
