This came bolted to a bike I purchased, and is now off of the bike. I believe it is a TygerShark CJ3, and fits 06-10 GSX-R600/750. It's got spring-loaded sliders, and seems stout. Requires cutouts in fairing, similar to standard frame sliders. Condition is used (sliders have wear from track day), but not beat up.
