I'm selling this jacket for a friend. He bought this in 2001 and then moved to California where he rode a VFR. He moved back to MA a few years ago and hasn't had a bike in quite a while. He gave me this jacket last season after watching me roast during the summer. I didn't think that it would fit since it's a 44 and I wear a 40L blazer but it fit me so I wore it for the few days when it was hot enough to warrant it. The perforation is amazing, it really feels like you're wearing a t-shirt when you're moving. Perfect for December.
For reference I'm a brute of a man at 6'2" and 170lbs. As mentioned I wear a 40L in cloth and my other jacket is a Tour Master small. I had to tighten the waist on this but it was great around the shoulders, chest, and the sleeve length was spot on. I didn't think that it had a long enough torso for me, but maybe it's supposed to be that way? If I had been wearing protective pants I'm sure it would have made sense since they have a high waist. I don't own summer pants yet so I only wore it with jeans.
The jacket is in really great shape and has elbow, shoulder, and back armor. All of the zippers work perfectly and the leather is in great shape. I took pictures of the shoulders because I feel like they are the highest wear part of the jacket and represent the condition of the leather the best.
Jacket is sold. I'm located in Lincoln, MA and work in Framingham, MA during normal business hours.
