I'm planning to post a new thread with all the remaining stuff to sell after my move but I figured I would post this by itself since it's a big item, very nice, and I'd like to get it gone sooner rather than later.
I wasn't planning to sell this but it doesn't really fit and I don't have a lot of room to store things.
Cost about $1600 new if I recall. Bought a couple years ago. It's in like new condition. If you aren't aware of furniture, Broyhill is a top quality producer, I did lots of research about wood construction, joint types, etc... this isn't some piece of junk you'd find at Bob's. I have the corner sofa and loveseat combo, i.e. the traditional L shape non-sleeper, with a 2 seat and 3 piece part that fit together.

Also attached a photo to try to show the color... it's just a tan/brown/creme speckled knit fabric, very nice. Some of the online photos make it look striped, but it is NOT.
