Heated Workshop Space, Beverly MA right off 128- $400

Hey,
I’ve got a lead on a pretty nice storage/workshop facility, around 17’x35’ with a garage door, heat, secure location etc. It’s located right off 128 in Beverly MA, and I had initially planned to rent it by myself but the price is a little higher than I anticipated.

It’s $400/month, and if we can split it between a few people it becomes pretty cheap. I mostly want it to work on and store my race bikes, since I don’t have a garage. If anyone is interested in renting this space with me, please send me a PM ASAP so I can let the landlord know.

I could fit 6 bikes for 300/month if you want to break your lease or whatever. I'm sort of full right now but if you aren't going to take them out until spring then there is still lots of room.
