Home made slide board...FREE

I made two of these maybe about a month ago. I use it as a way to keep my legs up and moving in the winter months in addition to riding my bicycle. One is up for sale here. Can only buy the sheet in a 4x8 format so I have an extra. It works. You will just have to buy the booties. Measure about 2 feet by 8 feet. Its adjustable. Must pick up I will NOT ship this. Its made from a sheet of melamine which is a particle board sandwiched between plastic like coating. It's 8 feet long so plan appropriately. You'll need to keep it from flexing too much during transport. No warranties or guarantees or promises with this. No dibs. First come first serve. I'm not going to hold it for someone for a few days if someone else is willing to come get it now.

I used to have one for speed skating training. Don't let this fool you, it's one hell of a workout, especially when you do the entire width of the board.

Used to do this a lot with core training, very good core/leg work-out and can be used for multiple work-outs. Wish I had the room for it.

Bump. Old thread. Have two of these. Can no longer used since I wrecked my knee a few years ago doing real skating. I will give the little booties to the first person that comes to get one.
