I can be available to anyone beforehand at 508-713-5663 almost anytime. It is going on freecycle on CL on friday night. The real estate agent thinks it is best to empty this house.

I can resist everything but Pete's mom.
Yes but not quite yet. This is my fathers stuff. He passed away a couple months ago. So me and a sister got the executers job. So to sell this place the agent preferred it empty. Some good stuff for someone starting out. Soon though Alex. Everyday I think of the Land of Enchantment.
wife was looking for something for the main entrance. ill let her know

Sorry to hear about your Dad.
That's just what they put on the post cards. It's actually the Land of Entrapment.

I'd look into the type of china your set it, some of them are worth a lot more than they look. My family just did a couple estate sales and we discovered through an appraiser that a couple of the china sets were worth thousands.

if you are coming to the LRRS banquet tomorrow, I would be interested in taking the Christmas "stuff" off your hands. I love decorating for the holidays, and your father's decorations would be a welcome addition to my collection. May they live on.
So sorry for your loss....
