    Lincoln Town Car Cartier

    SOLD

For sale is my 2000 Lincoln Town Car Cartier with 103,000 well cared for miles.

It is fully loaded, including but not limited to: powerful yet economical 4.6L V8 (up to 25mpg hwy), air ride auto leveling suspension, traction control, power everything - power heated leather seats with memory, automatic climate control with cold a/c, premium audio, cruise control, auto lamps, auto dimming rearview mirrors, homelink integrated garage door opener, keyless entry, keypad entry (code input on driver's door -- no need for keys), heated mirrors, seating for six, steering wheel controls, and probably more that I'm missing.

ALL maintenance records included! Premium synthetic oil changed religiously every 5,000 miles with tire rotations. Tires look great. All work performed by certified Ford dealers or me with no expense spared on any and all dealer recommended maintenance & repairs. I even used rubber floor mats to protect the carpet. This was a Florida Car for 8 years, Illinois for 2 and South Carolina for 2 before moving here - NO RUST! Detailed/waxed regularly.

    Recent Notable Maintenance Items:
-Transmission fluid changed by Ford Dealer
-Differential fluid changed by Ford Dealer
    -New PCV valve
-Replaced factory air springs with new Synthetic Rubber Lifetime warranty air springs (This is a high dollar wear item on Town Cars)...had to do research on getting ones with warranty since Ford does not warranty their air springs (and they deteriorate overtime). Compressor and solenoids in great shape!
-Comes with Class III hitch and wiring. I bought a bike here last year and used this car to tow it home to Waltham. Occasionally throw a bike rack in the hitch, too.
-Is currently MA inspected with sticker.

    Small issues:
-crack in windshield on passenger side. As a driver, I never notice it and it doesn't seem to be growing. Depending on your insurance, glass replacement may be included. I will have it replaced if you really need/want it to be.
-Drivers seat butt heater doesn't seem to be working. The back heater works great, likely just the heating element.
-One light out in dash that doesn't affect gauges ($7 for a new bulb if you're handy - I haven't felt the need to replace it)
-Drivers side rear window doesn't go down (the rear windows only move about 7inches anyway).

Clean and clear IL title (I'm still new to MA). History report will show 3 owners: My grandfather, My Father, and Me (service records will show this too). There has been no expense spared on maintenance and I'd be happy to go through all the work that has been done - these cars are known to get well past the 300k mile mark. This is by far the most reliable car I've owned and I honestly expected to hold on to it for much longer. Job loss forces sale.

Hoping this will go to a good home. I am confident it will go for many more carefree miles. Most comfortable ride ever!

    NESR Price: $4500
    Currently located in Waltham, MA

exterior and interior in excellent shape!

Hard to tell, is that silver, gold, or white?

What's the difference between a bolt and a screw?
First you screw, then you bolt.

Matt means is that Silver Frost Clearcoat Metallic, Ivory Parchment Clearcoat Tri-Coat or White Pearlescent Clearcoat Metallic Tri-Coat?

I guess it would be Ivory Parchment Tri-Coat? it's not a pure white or silver. I'd best describe it as a very light colored beige.

I ask because I know a couple of Limousine companies that might be interested, although one would likely want white or black.

Please feel free to pass this along to them. Many people call the color white, but it is in really great condition.
