    Damn since when did renting a room cost 1k a month? Ceo has an apartment for 1795 a month. WTF you can own a house in NH for those prices.

    A buddy moved drom Central Maine to Oklahoma a few years ago. He sold his house in ME for $150,000. So when the real-estate agent asked him what his budget was, he said "Not more than $150,000." There was a long pause....

    Thinking this was too low, he said "I can go higher if necessary." The RE agent replied, "Sir, the most expensive house in town is $110,000."
