Post Looking for a fatboy jacket

I thought I would put out a post for a used riding jacket. I have a nice AGV Leather jacket, but I have put on some weight over years and it does not fit me right now. I know the leather jacket sizes are different than winter coats, but I would like to find one that will fit now. I wear a 2xl winter jacket (Columbia).

    Thanks for the help.

A 2XL is going to be between a 48 and 52 probably closer to 52

I may have to look for a larger size then. Im 6', over 300 and a size 52 sounds about right. Guess I should look for some charts online and see what size i really need to look for.

Not sure how you're built but I wouldn't even bother trying on anything <3XL for Joe Rocket. You might want to give the Fieldsheer 2X-3X stuff a try. I was 300 once upon a time, a squarish, non-beergut having 300, and the JR 3X stuff fit decently.

Are you looking for leather only? mesh leather? ballistic? Check the newenough.com closeout section, sometimes they have big stuff on clearance for really short change.

Leather. Looking for something to wear until I loose more weight and fit back into my AGV Leather. Thanks for the info.

    Joe Rocket Size Charts

Since you live in Troy have you gone to Keene Motorsports to try on some
different jackets? They have a decent selection....just a thought

a 54 joe rocket and xxxl alpinestarts would probably work. I'm 6' 250 and find those 2 brands to me the most fat guy friendly...

Problem is, when you're looking for any gear that big, a shop rarely carries it in stock for fear of never selling it. I know keene had some XXL rocket pants at one point, but not much for jackets. Worth checking out since you're so close for sure.

Souhegan Valley Motorsports on route 13 in Milford had some XXl gear on the racks when I was in there last week as well. They have a nice new shop! Give em a ring and see what they got before you make the trip.

    That's very true -

+1 on Souhegan Valley - Sean and Scott are great guys and

I got my fieldsheer stuff at RJ's and they definitely had some bigger sizes in stock while there. But...I was after textile stuff, not sure what they may have for leathers there. Price was right though.
