Midea 10,000 BTU AC. Like new

Selling my other AC now. It's a Midea 10,000 BTU "U-Shaped" Smart Inverter AC for sale. Extremely quiet, cold, and efficient AC. Inverter type. Can be connected to wifi and controlled from anywhere with advance controls and scheduling. Unique U shape allows window to slide almost completely down allowing in more light, as well as letting you open the window all the way up.

Purchased Sept 2021, only used a few months.

$350 cash, pick up in Quincy, MA

Great unit for a great price! very happy with mine. If I wasn't 3 hours away I'd think about it for a spare room. Although I'm planning a Boston trip soon...

    Same. Put it on Saturday.
Definitely quiet. Performance seems the same as my GE.

Mine is struggling today. 94 degrees and humid outside.
The media brought the baby’s room to 67 degrees after 4 hours set at 62.
The GE brought our room (bigger) to 64 degrees in the same time frame.

Back up for sale for the pending warm weather. I moved, and the new place has central air. This is now located in Milford, CT, but I can bring it to any NEMRR event and most TTD events.

A picture of a cut cord and the SN for $370 then a few minutes to splice the cord back. I can imagine how this turns out.

Is anyone else’s Midea struggling this year? Just mounted mine today and it’s nowhere near as cold as it used to be. Thoughts ?

spiders in the fins ? I should pull my AC out and vacuum the cooling fins, done it a few times, 40 year old Technica brand ,copper instead of aluminum, 240v 24000 btu, a big window AC, I made a permanent hole for. Been thinking of replacing it with a mini-split, but it still keeps up with 100° weather, even at it's age

    Mine is doing fine.

The website is working now to make a claim. Looks like the only options are repair or return now, no offer for a refund for just cutting the cord?...

I saw that. They are giving me $380 back and I paid $488 for it 3 years ago. I am sending it back but I do want a full refund. Not this prorated shit

Interesting different people get different options... I ended up electing for the repair (which is useless, mine is fine). I'd rather keep it for $380.

Yeah I didn't get that option. It said they would send a box and label to return it. Seems ridiculous. I assume they will try to sell them as refurbished units to recoup funds.
