Bought this from Ebay for my Hawk project but wont work the way I want.

I know on my monster the plastic tail was kind cheap. This is a nice upgrade if you haven't hack your tail all together.

My bad. I noticed when I posted it. I can see the listing from my page but when I hotlink it don't work.

It is a used "roadrace" brand tail. The black insert is actually CF that the dude painted but should come off so you have cf again.

I paid $61 with shipping, so $50 is the price

I believe it's for the older models. But looks like it would have worked on the 02 I had, then again it's been to long since I've owned it.

Road Race ... a now defunct accessory company made a number of trick items for early Monsters .... it is rare that such items come on

the market ...... if you have an early monster with the rear frame intact ..... you might want to jazz up your rear end with this substitute

fender assembly ..... which also includes a license plate bracket and a license plate light .... used but not abused ..... some minor

cosmetic issues ..... black insert is carbon fiber that has been painted,which might be removed with carburetor cleaner (sorry some people

don't like the look of CF) Stainless Steel bolts in first Pic not included ...... for Monsters thru '99 .....
