Lifts from 6"-20". Built from plans. Works very well. Uses a floor jack (not included). Steel piping makes for smooth operation. Once lifted, safety braces lock platform into place. A trip cord releases the braces for lowering. Closes up neatly. 25" x 8' Great for working on motorcycle or ATV. Great shape. Just listed it on Craigslist. Scituate, MA
