I'm assuming based on the carbon and ohlins that this is a Factory model, not the base R. This should be mentioned in the ad if true as that adds significant value to the bike. Along with the c.f. and ohlins yumminess, the factory also has forged wheels (look identical to the cast wheels on the R but much lighter).

It looks like the R model. The Ohlins forks were in the R and shock and fork in the Factory...

Not a factory. I put clear tail light, clear signals, asv levers, used tigcraft pipes, BMC filter, MAP 2, changed all hose clamps, .. Have stock rear seat for it.

Don't do it! Looks great as it is and those are very tasteful modifications which would cost the owner much more to put back on....;-)
