I would say close to mint maybee 1 imperfection....it has real low use maybee 3-4 times total and was never used as a Kids play house either, but I could get some pics if needed. Its really just priced to sell with no BS we just want it gone and out of the yard...and its all there crank, battery, tanks Ect...all works just no need for it anymore....

and we have the title in hand....ready to go

So, come to find out after my buddy drove all the way up to see this thing this afternoon with cash and a truck ready to take her home, THERE IS NO CANVAS AT ALL. It is NOT a complete pop up. It is a roof and the base. So, the canvas being in "mint" shape? Yeah, I don't think so.

Wasted hour long trip each way. Wasted afternoon.

Thanks for making me look like a dick for setting this up. This is why I normally hesitate setting buyers with deals I see here on NESR.

I think we got it right here. Either way, she even suggested taking it home, then claiming it damaged on insurance to get a new canvas.

Just all around shitty situation. Pigman, I sure hope you had no idea about this.
