Something a bit different for the sale thread...
I have a house on a private road [see pics - this is the driveway] in Westport, MA and I could use a roommate to help off-set costs. The house is small, neat, well maintained and there is exactly as much living space as there is garage. I have a decent tool collection, 6 motorcycles and plenty of room for more. I'm male, 39, neat-ish, away regularly and short on cash. The place costs me $1200/ month and I would like someone to split it and the other utilities down the middle.
Some of you guys know me as the guy from Vanson... I think most of or all of these guys would vouch for me as a stand up guy. I need a roomie to make the finances work. I have a roommate who is taking a job in NY but isn't sure when he will actually be transferred down. The company will pay for a hotel for his as of April 1st. I'd like to have it rented by then. If not he will still be here until the transfer goes through. Be sure to contact me even if you think it may be rented already.
