Yup, these have the replaceable sole. Just about everything on the boot is replaceable.

46 = 11 1/2

If they were 45, they'd probably have a new home.

I normally wear an 11 in everything. My foot is a hair wide though that's why I wear 46 in bike boots. I recommend trying them on.
