Simplicity Axion zero-turn mower

Bought this brand new from Seacoast Power Equipment in NH in July 2013. Paid $2,500. 33" deck 18.5hp

Used it to mow 3/4 acre of land at my home. Had a full service and 2014 & 2016 at Seacoast Power Equipment as well. Garage kept year-round.

Has mulching add-on installed currently. No bagger attachment.

Condition is to be expected for a 4 year old mower. Some scrapes on the deck, blade is 2 years old so likely should be replaced/sharpened. Runs and operates with no issues at all.
