Water pressure is great. Might sound stupid but I have to have good pressure when taking a shower.

I will even leave the lean to out back to put your bike under if you would like.

If you are interested I will get a price. I'm not sure what it will be since it is my friends place and I had certain agreements with him and did things around the building to keep my rent low.
