Yup, free. Ready to use. Ran great for me, never ran out of hot water. Switched to an indirect when I had the new boiler put in.
Just needs a pump, one way valve, thermal/pressure relief valve and an anti-vacuum valve to be put to use. Then you just T it inline to your DHW coil. Has a thermostat built in which you use to adjust your DHW temp.
If you want the pump and all the other copper bits/valves that it needs, bring $20 and you can have it. Otherwise I'll use it to make up a recirculating wort chiller. SHAKKA KHAN!

I started to figure out it was some type of water storage tank. I have a hot water on demand/tankless furnace so I guess I won't be needing anything like that, for now.
