Not worth clearing a salvage title.
You'll spend more than buying a bike with an already cleaned title.

Yeah, impossible unless the title says Salvage-Repairable. Even then, you've got work to do. Track it.

Wouldn't a frame with a clean title make it easier to do though?

That bike could be titled in RI. Over 10 years old and all you need is a copy of the previous owner's registration.
