It was there? Oh man... Would have liked to have seen it.. I was mostly hanging with the Triumph guys.
If Rossco says it's mint then it's a bike that should be sold very quickly!
GLWS!

Looks like a perfect trackbike or the starting of a race bike!
GLWS... and sorry about your knee.![]()
It is absolutely mint...or was, last time I seen it at the track. It's a crying shame you can't ride it, Dana.

GLWS but I hate to say it but you will probably have to sell it without the shock and sell the shock separately to get that much for everything.

We'll see. Last August when I bought this bike I would have been all over one with the suspension and tire upgrades.
Most of the newer SV's FS on CL have been asking $4,000+, are not the S model and have much higher mileage. The Penske shock is $800 by itself. If it doesn't sell, np I'll put it back to stock.

Well, just started putting the bike back to stock. Only changes will be StompGrip, Racetech cartridges and tires when I'm done.
But looking at asking prices, either there are only bottom feeders in the market, sellers are delusional, or both.
One 08 and one 09 are for sale - asking prices $5,500 and $5,800. I have one sight-unseen "iffy" offer for $4,100 with the Penske, but I think it will sell for close to that without it and they're selling for $500+ on eBay.

Your prices seem perfectly fair for a clean bike like that. Wish I was in the market for an SV-S/SF. ... In fact, I will tell my friends.

With the lower fairing, the #1 question is "Is that a gixxah! "
