I hate to be THAT guy, but.... you are asking more money than dealers for brand new ones.
on a side note, check out nasioc.com for more exposure.

Show me a dealer selling this car new for less. The best you could do is around $22,600, 2g off the sticker. Open to offers.
+1
Nice car, but I think if you really want to really catch a serious offer, lower your price below $20k. You knew when you drove that car off the lot that it depreciates that second. That is an assumed TCO (total cost of ownership). Wow, this brings me back to my days in managerial accounting class.![]()

Thanks, I'll wait it out a little.
That's a good idea. Once spring actually hits people will prolly be in more of a "buying" mood. Good luck.
How do you like the car?
I love the car, we have an 05 Legacy GT as well and I think these are great all-around cars. I just got a company vehicle, so the car money could go into the racebike fund...
There's a no brainer!

The latest models WRX are fantastic w/ the new 2.5L. a lot of torque down low keep the thing moving while you wait for boost buildup.
brakes were also upgraded, tires are bigger but still the soft RE92.
The TR is a great package with amazing potential.
I came this >.< to buying a new TR 2 weeks ago, my buddy bought one last month, that's how I know what dealers ask for them.
good luck with the sale.

You're still full of shit, no one is selling for under 21k. That just doesn't help me race.
Sell it quick, as the redesigned '08s are going to be deployed soon. Basically the same motor/trans was held over though. In-stock vehicles can be had at "invoice," depending upon where you shop.

Ya see the new STI? Looks like a big wad up cash money rollin down the street. I would go for the EVO though i think.
I need a new company car - not sure what I want yet
Our LGT Ltd. recently blew up w/45k mi. on it. Mobil 1 @ prescribed intervals. A new short block, turbo & intercooler later, it was traded in. Good-bye Subaru.

Thanks Chris, no Suburu for me.
I am thinking of the Infiniti G37

So that means my Legacy GT has about 3k to go before it blows up? PISSAH
I very much liked the G35x we took out. I guess the G35 coupe isn't getting the restyle until '08 though? The Infiniti dealer was an ass to deal with, probably as a result of there not being very many franchises to choose from near us.
re: LGT
fyi -- SoA wasn't going to cover the repair because I didn't have receipts for the oil & filters. When they did decide to cover it, they classified it as a "good faith" rather than warranty repair.

i've heard strange things about Mobil 1 and Subarus. i took it with a grain of salt.. but quite a few people on NASIOC report that their 2.5 liter (and 2.0 liter) engines burn that up like water. fwiw, i run royal purple on my saabaru with no problems.
Thanks for the heads up on the Subarus. I've driven the G35 coupe and G35x a few times. Best Japanese luxury on the market, imo.
i had a comapny truck so i sold my car and then they took my truck back so now i just have a bike...
BINGO!! True, every single turbo engine I've overhauled or replaced(2.0 OR 2.5) was using mobil one at specified intervals. Usually a spun rod bearing, but I had one sieze a cam. I also had one blow a turbo due to a spun crank bearing causing a drop in oil pressure, which made the turbo fail with no other symptoms(if you have a failed 2.5 liter turbocharger, drop the pan and inspect for bearing material!).
If I owned one, I wouldn't use that shit. But I don't, I just work on them. So use it. I need more work......![]()
