I am the second owner of this quick and well sorted 2006 R6. Adult (over 40) owned and raced (yes, Formula 40). The bike was built by Celtic racing in 07. Prior owner had the bike built to be very similar to the bikes ridden by Chaz Davies in the 07 AMA supersport championship. The bike has a Certificate of Origin. The bike has never been down during my ownership. Prior owner was injured soon after buying the bike in one of two low sides. After I bought the bike I had GMD Computrack measure and confirm the bike is straight. GMD also set up the "Sweet Numbers" on the bike and serviced and reworked the suspension. Oil changed after every race weekend or track day event with Motorex Power Synt 4T.

Delivery Help:
I am more than willing to help with delivery for those who live within a reasonable distance away. Meeting half way is usually what I’ve done before. To avoid having to drive some distance for someone who is only going to kick the tires and not buy, I will require an advance payment to cover my gas to and from the meeting point. The amount of the advance payment will depend on the distance needed to be driven. If you buy the bike, then I’ll apply half of the advance payment towards the purchase price. If you don’t buy, then at least I’m not out gas money.
Price: $6000 obo

I hate you... I will ponder this and talk to you at the weekend...
Would you be willing to part out the blue tank cover pieces?
I love you too Kitt.![]()

.. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it last until then.

Not likely. There's been a lot of interest already in the bike as a "package" just within the first hour of its listing. But who knows, they may all turn out to be just tire kickers. I will keep you in mind though.

Whoo ... damn, what a crazy yesterday.
Between the phone calls, PM’s and emails I hardly had time to devote to my day job.
I think I've responded to everyone.
If you tried to contact me and haven't gotten a response in some way, shape or form ... try and contact me again because its likely your first try probably got lost in the confusion.

Yet another crazy day. Again, I think I've managed to respond to everyone.
If you tried to contact me and haven't gotten a response ... give it another shot because it likely got lost in the confusion. If that’s the case, my apologies in advance.
Right now, no money has changed hands, so the bike is still available.
For those who were taking about trying to set something up for this weekend ... as it stands now, both Saturday and Sunday are open for me. However, if you can try and firm things up with me sooner rather than later, Mrs. Gecko and I would greatly appreciate it.

Talk to you this weekend?

well sorted bike and probably one of the best sorted FS threads ever.

The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry.
The weekend aspirations were thwarted by scheduling conflicts and, as a result, didn’t turn out as planned.
Right now, no money has changed hands, so the bike is still available.
