    Re: Subwoofers FS

The subs are a 7 out of 10. No rips or tears, no scratches on the subs themselves. The rings around the speakers where you mount them are a little rough, but don't effect the sounds. the box is perfect minus one little 'raised' area on the bottom, but once again, doesn't effect any part of the sound proof of the box. I'm not sure how old they are - maybe 6 or 7 years, but these sound perfect. I wish I could somehow fit them, but there's just no way. I'll get you pics as soon as I find my camera.....

    Re: Subwoofers FS

    The dimensions are:
    19" at the deepest
    11" deep at the top
    34" long
    15.5" high.

The box was built specifically for these subs and is partitioned in the center. There are two screw holes you can see at each corner in the front. I needed to screw it down in the trunk of my passat 'cause it kept vibrating around.

BTW, the light circle in the first pic is the camera.

It was an 01, but I think the trunks are the same. It fit perfect (and I'm not just saying that)! I still had about 16" of space in front of the speakers for room. It still lets you get to the side compartments, too!

I'm not sure of the ohmage. I'll take a speaker out and see if it says. The amp I had was running at 2 ohm.

Scott, yes I know he's in NH. I take a trip to mass to hook a brotha up.

During the week is kinda tough for me. I work some crazy hours. It would have to be late evening - 7 or so. Whatcha thinkin?

You would be AMAZED at the sound of these. They are tight and accurate. I mainly listen to rock & metal also and these are by far the best subs I've ever owned. I am literally crying that I'm giving them up....

Noel, that's my brother-in-law's full carbon (minus tank) R6. BLING BLING!!
