This is the norm in many Maine towns. (Well, State/Fed roads are off limits, but all the other roads are fair game anyways.)

Gorham, NH, not Gorham, ME

this is all part of over 1500 miles of off road trails in NH between Gorham & Colebrook

Rt 2 is a Fed Hwy

like in ME, several northern NH towns have already been allowing ATVs on town roads

It's really too bad that the official speed limit for the Ride the Wilds loop is 10mph. Even if trail bikes were allowed on all of it (which they currently aren't), I don't know how much fun could be had at that speed.
