If you're from vermont, E-mail your representatives and tell them you support access to state land that you pay taxes for.

If you're from outside vermont, i'm sure there is someone you can e-mail to let them know that you would be willing to spend money in vermont as a OHV tourist. I'll look around but I have to go quick. Perhaps the tourism board, or the Natural Resource Secretary in Vermont.

I really hope this gets passed as a regulation. I'd call my representative, but knowing him as I do, it would be an utter waste of time.

If they'd open up these connector trails, the number of people riding illegally on the street, running from the police, and riding irresponsibly would dramatically decrease. People will almost always ride in a legal spot before an illegal one, and if they had these trails open police and game wardens could enforce the rules on them in the same way they do in the winter on VAST snowmobile trails.
