China, Maine area riding

Headed to Palermo/China to ride dirty bikes this weekend. I've never ridden the area, and either have my buddies. I've got a trail map from China Four Seasons. Our plan is to basically get lost and have fun, but if anyone has any trails or areas they'd recommend, I'm all ears.

A follow up with first hand info: there is dirt bike riding, but the trails are set up for utility quads and side by sides. I only saw one other dirt bike, and didn't see any single track. It was fun, but I wouldn't recommend traveling very far to ride those trails.
