Been workin on the KTM. Did the exhaust mod, and holy fuck, what a difference. Its maybe a little louder then I was hoping. Swaping the foot pegs for the adjustables I have. And have a radiator over flow, case saver, new bark buster covers, and some fork seal protectors on order.
Was going to get the fan but after reading around I think I need to get a thermostat bypass....Seems to be the route of the boiling over issue. Cant seem to find one though
Not the neoprene fork thingys, I hope.

Well I havent clicked order yet. But that was the ones by KTM. Didnt think they would be a bad thing?
My 525 used to boil over as often as yours does, I put the fan kit on it and it never happened again
