Its official, the deed was recorded this morning , we now have an additional 42 acres added to our land . and there was enough left over to get this,

that's fantastic! congratulations! The (future) adult in me is in financial envy of your land ownership...but the (past) kid in me is excited for having more land to have for trail riding!

there aren't any logging roads for adv riding, is there?

we have already been adding trail even though we didn't technically own it yet, we have been working on the permiter trail and have about 1500 feet complete. that brush cutter should speed things up a bit,

We also pin pointed where the coyote family lives in the boulder garden , I suspect that they will relocate them selves once we start riding through there .

I hope the forcasters are right about not being a snowy winter so we can get a lot laid out before spring.

there is a main trail up the middle out to other property that we wouldn't own . and we plan to make off shoots off that and there is already a grass track of sorts in one of the fields that I'll expand on . so with the field, and the trail we already have around the house there is roughly 1.5 miles already laid out , if I had to guess the perimiter trail will be roughly 3-4 miles or so .

I plan to make the permiter trail quad width but the rest of the inner trails will be single track so we should be able to cram a lot of miles in a small space . the goal will be 10+ miles .

there would be quite a lot of pavement to connect my loop with his . plus i am not sure that too many people would be up for a 150+ mile day of trails .
though I could probably make that happen if he lead his loop then I could connect it to mine .

Probably best to keep them seperate and ride them as 2 independant loops to avoid a ton of pavement.
