No yesterday was more of a lay down on my left side with leg being pinned underbike and having to use other leg to get bike off of me. Or the old stop in mud routine where you let the bike go and it stands upright.

Close. not a 360 flip. cross ruts threw me off to the right. Near face plant into the mud. inside the visor was all mud.

I'll have have to piece the vid of trying to get out of some of those situations. I had a lot yesterday.
