Seeing as I'm having fun in the dirt, a friend wants to give it a go also. He's not a fan of two strokes however, and has aspirations of enduro/rally rides so he's thinking of starting on a 4 stroke.
No prior dirt experience, mostly likely a woods rider vs MX track... 200cc air cooled thumpers to start? Anyone got something in that range for sale cheap in the ME/NH area, or pointers to some?
hmm..scavenging NESR for quantity (but not quality), there are a few TTRs for sale...

how old/fat/tall is he?
6', 175lbs, mid 30s. Rides his street bikes year round the nutter...
Not a 4 stroke but might as well be. I have a 1988 Cagiva WMX250 that has loads of bottom end and pulls great.

I'm still trying to talk him into a 2 stroke but for now they're off the table.

I listed this for a friend a few months back...pretty sure he's still trying to sell it. I'll give him a call if there's any interest.
