I have a '06 CRF450R. Its kick ass fast and powerful. I am (as seen in another thread) a fat tall beer gutted lazy Harley guy, 6'4" 300 pounds, and I can't keep the front wheel on the ground when on the throttle......even when I am hanging over the bars. Its insane!
My son has an '07 CRF150r, and again, its so fast its scary, even with my fat ass on it. I had YZ's, KX's and RM's when I was a kid, and this thing makes those look like mopeds. I would bet its as fast as most 250's out there.

1996 xr80r...you think the crf is fast? this xr80r is ridiculously, hold on to your seat, brace yourself, slow...but the fun factor is somewhere in the hundreds.

My very first bike was a 1981 Xr80R (yes, I am that old.)
Perhaps the funniest bike I have ever owned, that thing would putt along and nothing could stop it. OK, thats a complete lie. Everything would stop it but it was still a blast to cruise around on.

My first dirt toy was a 1986 honda 125 quad, bought it brand new after working my first ever summer job.
This is my current slut, she doubles as a street bitch and a dirty whore...Fast!!!
This is the big dawg, I'd almost go as far as saying it's my favorite toy. Stump puller of a motor...crazy fast!!!

I've got a KTM 520SX rocketship with wimpy 43mm forks that wash so fast under braking, it rivals the top laundry services in the country.
They should call Production Twins what it really is, Shitty McBikefest. Rules for Participation: If your bike runs lower laptimes than a lawnmower, you are not eligibile for Shitty McBikefest. -Darrell

Here's what my first bike was supposed to look. The engine was in pieces in a cardboard box when I paid $105 for it and walked it to my house to hide it from my mom behind the shed.

A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. - John Stuart Mill
My 1st bike was a mini bike powered by a stolen lawn mower engine, foot drag brakes and a shoe string throttle. My 1st real bike was a 1974 Kawi F7 175 , followed by a brand new "79" XR 500Rwhich I plated and rode year round as my only transportation.
Now 07 KTM 450 XC-W Dual Sported and Inspected and plated. (see avitar) This is my dream bike, FC susp, Scotts stabilizer, 14-54 gearing, everything you can get for 11 Gs.
Just got an 07 GMC Seirra Crew cab and 07, 12' Thule enclosed trailer to pull us to the races. Not luxury, but great for me and my kids.
All the VT microbrew I can drink after.
Life is good.

It pays to play.
Ride fast,
You will get farther before it is over!
2004 KDX200 - awesome bike for the nasty, rocky, rutted, muddy survival runs we do in the Henniker area. I'll probably never sell it but I am going to upgrade to a KTM or GasGas next year.
If you can't ride then where did you steal all those trophys?

I can't count the # of times I blew that bike up. Still loved it though.
Had a brand new 79" Honda XR500R, that was an awsome bike, senior in High School, wheelie king and big man on campus.![]()
