It is starting to seem as I may have a Broken rib from my last Mototown Fling, I think I am gonna have to sit this one out.

Yeah, broken or not, those damned rib injuries take a loong time to heal, and they really sap your core strength in the meantime.

I think our bikes and bodies should function much better at 58 degrees than they did at 26 degrees.

If its 26 degrees out do not ride on dirt. that's just wrong. God invented ice screws (or some other crazy asshole did) Use them. Come to Bear Brook I cant ride dirt till I get my tires on and don't like to here about everyone else having fun.

I'd like to go but I want to have my front wheel relaced. It has a few snapped spokes right in a row so I gotta see what happens with that.

You mean that duct tape wasn't strong enough to keep the spokes in place?

I'm out this weekend, too much going on. Though it was fun, 4 hours of driving and $65 a day is pretty steep. I'm hoping the snow melts soon, I'm a bigger fan of $45 a year to ride the trails.

haha that is the snapped one I showed up with. Then during the 3rd or 4th session I heard some weird noises and it was another right next to it...the wheel is perfectly round so I'm not sure what the heck was goin on with it.
