yeah i know that place in ct, me and my friend almost stopted by after southwick 2x years ago because i guess its like 30mins away or something. Anyways moto-town is the same deal, inside track right? how much for one day?
not sure yet, I heard 50 weekdays and 60 weekends/holidays but hopefully its alittle cheaper than that. Pricing is supposed to be posted some time today.

Dave says about 50 bucks for a day. It's the biggest indoor track in America by a long way. It's not far from southwick. The last layout they had was really good. It was quite SX style at first, and the hard surface made it unforgiving. They brought up some softer dirt fro GA and eased up on the critical doubles and rythym section making it a lot safer and more fun IMO. Hopefully, they will start off with with a similar layout this year.
Sweet. I always enjoyed riding there.

God damn, that's the special price? I don't even want to know what the not special price is. I'm more likely to head to clough with a shovel than pay that.
I guess at that price they will be turning on the heat so it isn't too bad.
Anyone go today ? How was it ?

Got the crf and the yz 60 is painful for cost though. Eh no coffee for a week i guess
$60 is the opening day "special"?!? How bad do I really want to ride? Drive 3+ hours, pay $60 (or more, from the sounds of it), drive 3+ hours home. They do remember that this place has gone out of business a couple times, right?

When nobody shows the price will drop. At 40 a day I might go twice. Tops. 30 might go 3 times. 20 will go every week till April. Hey guess what? They make more money dropping the price.
FWIW I drive 3+ hours each way and pay $50-70 bucks to go snowboarding. IMO this isn't much different. When I used to go to Mototown I planned on being there longer than I would Crow Hill or something. Show up. Ride ride ride. Take a good break, grab food, chill, ride ride ride. Go home.
*shrug* At prices like that I can't do it much but I'll rip it a few times.

ah ya, well it should be good either way unless the track is super packed. Faster riders should be good enough to stay out of your way, that sucks

Agreed, Dirty bastards should be renamed CHEAP bastards! I'm always shocked a little at how people think it should cost next to nothing to ride at a professionally designed and maintained track. Especially an indoor track!
You can stubbornly spend you 60 bucks elsewhere, but then there won't be any tracks to choose from. Great work guys!

I'd still go a couple times at that price and hopefully the crowds / aggressive riders wouldn't kill the experience. I don't understand why you would charge so much when it sounds like more business for cheaper prices. 6 people paying 40 is more than 3 paying 60
